Ordering

10 features

From the tap on a phone to the money in the drawer. Ten of the thirty live here, because this is the part a restaurant is paid for.

Your orders, on the counter tabletEvery order with its channel, its table and its status, filtered to what you need right now.

The guest, ordering at the tableOpen a dish, leave an ingredient out, add it. No app to install and no waiter to catch.

Dine-in orders A guest at table six scans, reads the menu and orders. Nobody waits for a waiter to be free, and no order is written on paper twice.

Takeaway Order ahead and collect. The kitchen starts before the guest has parked, so the counter stops being a queue.

Delivery Your own delivery, your own zones, your own fee and your own minimum. No commission to anybody.

Order email alerts An email for every order that comes in. For a counter with no tablet, this is the bell.

Guest order receipts A confirmation with a tracking link to any guest who typed an email. They stop asking staff where the order is.

Order WhatsApp alerts The same alert on WhatsApp, which is where your staff are already looking.

Order-ready WhatsApp A message the moment the food is up, so the counter clears itself instead of filling up.

Pay at table The bill is settled from the same phone that ordered. No walk to the card machine, no waiting on change.

Menu Sections, dishes, prices, photos, ingredients and modifiers, in every language you serve. Change a price once and every screen has it.

Promo codes A code a guest types at checkout. You set the discount, who may use it, how many times each person may, and when it stops.

The card on every table

One small card per table, with its own QR code. A guest scans it and the menu opens on their phone, already knowing which table they sit at, so the order reaches the kitchen with the right table on it.

  • A different code on every table, printed once and used for years
  • No app to install: the phone camera opens the menu
  • The order, the waiter call and the bill all know the table
Order printed table cards
Point your phone camera at the code: it opens this menu.

The room

5 features

The floor, the pass and the screens on the wall, all reading the same order. Nothing is written twice and nothing is shouted across a kitchen.

The kitchen pass, on any screenWaiting, cooking, ready. A cook presses Start and the table sees it start.

A waiter's phone, answering the roomWater, the bill, a waiter: it lands with the table number. Tap On it, then Done.

QR table ordering One code per table, printed once. Scanning binds the order to that table, so the food reaches the right seat without anybody asking.

Call for service A guest taps for water, the bill or a waiter. The request lands on a board instead of on an arm in the air.

Kitchen display The pass on a screen: what is cooking, what is late and what is ready. No printer, no lost ticket.

Screens in the venue A screen on the wall calling ready orders by number, so nobody crowds the counter to ask.

Screen code A short code that pairs a screen or a tablet to your venue in seconds, and unpairs it the same way when the device goes home.

Bookings

6 features

The book, before anybody arrives. A guest picks a real table at a real time, and a full night stops meaning a turned-away guest.

You draw the floor onceRooms, walls, doors and every table, on two floors. You also set how long a booking lasts, the gap between two, and how far ahead guests can book.

The guest picks a table, then a timeTap a table and only the times it is free appear. A time somebody else just took disappears before they press Book.

Table bookings Guests pick a real table at a real time off your own floor plan, not a request somebody has to answer later.

Waiting list A full night stops meaning a turned-away guest. They join a list and hear from you when a table frees.

Table ready alerts A message when the table frees, so the guest can wait in the car instead of in your doorway.

Booking email alerts The booking in your inbox the second it is made, with the guest, the party size and the table.

Booking WhatsApp alerts The same booking on WhatsApp, for the manager who does not sit at a desk.

Booking reminders A WhatsApp nudge a few hours before the table, so fewer seats sit empty.

Guests

3 features

A reason to come back, and a way to hear about it when they do not. All three of these belong to you, not to a delivery app.

You decide what a point is worthWhen points land, how long they are held and what they buy. Every complaint reaches you in full.

The guest's rewards cardTheir points and their history on their own phone. No app and no password: the link is the card.

Points Guests earn on what they spend and pay with it later. You decide what a point is worth, not a third party.

Rewards card A card a guest keeps on their phone. No account, no app, and they can sign up at the till in one step.

Guest feedback The question is asked once the order is done. The unhappy answers reach you privately, and the happy ones get pointed at a public review.

Meal plans

1 feature

Money before the meal. A guest prepays for a month and your kitchen knows the day count before it opens.

Meal plans A guest prepays for a month and the kitchen gets a day count every morning. Money up front, and waste down.

On the bigger plans. Ask us and it appears in your admin within a minute of us granting it.

The till

2 features

The counter, the drawer and the tax office. This is the half of a restaurant that has nothing to do with a phone.

Point of sale A real till: open a drawer, take cash, split a bill, print a receipt, and count it at the end of the night.

Tax and e-invoicing The tax on the receipt and the invoice filed with the authority, so the paperwork stops being a second job.

On the bigger plans. Ask us and it appears in your admin within a minute of us granting it.

Pages

4 features

The site around the menu. Your story, your address and your language switch, all written by you and none of it a template.

You write every page yourselfHome, menu, booking, about and contact, in every language you serve, with your own photos.

One tap, another languageThe whole site switches, right to left for Arabic, with the words you wrote.

About page Your story on its own page, in your words, in every language you serve.

Contact page Phone, address, map and opening hours in one place a guest can actually find.

QR ordering page The page that explains QR ordering to a guest who has never done it before.

Language switch One button, and the whole site changes language. Not a translate plugin: real words you wrote.

Seven languages today, and the currency your menu is priced in

Every screen a guest or your staff touch ships in these languages, written by people and not by a translate button. Arabic reads right to left from the menu to the receipt.

Your restaurant's own currency

Built to grow with you

A new language is a new set of words, not a new app.

A new currency is a setting, not a rebuild.

A new feature arrives as a switch in your admin, off until you turn it on.

Every one of these is a switch you own

This is the Features screen inside your own admin. Three things have to agree before a feature is live: the licence we grant you, what this install ships, and your own switch. When something is off, this screen names which of the three said no, in a sentence rather than a code.

Turn a feature off and it leaves the site and the staff screens. It does not sit there greyed out.

Turn one on and it is live on the next page load. No deploy, no call to us.

Every switch is per restaurant, so two venues on one account can run differently.

A feature your licence does not carry says so, and says what to do about it.

Before you ask

The questions owners actually ask

Do I get all of this on day one?

Every feature is a switch in your own admin. The ones your licence carries are ready, and you turn the rest on and off yourself. Nothing on this page needs a phone call to us.

What if I only want the menu?

Then switch everything else off. A feature that is off disappears from the site and from the staff screens, so your guests never see a door that does not open.

Do my guests need an app?

No. Everything a guest touches is a web page they open by scanning a code or tapping a link, on whatever phone they already carry.

How do I know which switch is saying no?

The Features screen in your admin names it. It reads the licence, this install and your own switch, and tells you which of the three is stopping a feature and what to do next.

Is the Arabic a translate button?

No. Every word is one you wrote, your dish names included, and the whole layout flips for right-to-left reading rather than mirroring a screenshot.

How many languages can I serve?

English, Arabic, French, Spanish, Russian, German and Chinese today. You pick which of them your restaurant serves, and a guest keeps the one they chose for the rest of the visit.

Read the menu the way a guest does

Every screen on this page belongs to a restaurant that is running right now. Open the guest side and use it.

Tap the picture to switch between fitting the screen and its real size. Press Escape to close.
